SMS Terms
What we text, how often, and how to stop.
These SMS Terms explain the text messages AtlasBooked LLC sends, how to stop them, and how we handle your mobile phone number. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
When we text you
We only text you if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to receive text messages, for example by checking the consent box on our free website preview form, by replying to one of our messages, or by asking us to text you. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
What we send
- Replies to a question or request you sent us
- Updates about your free website preview
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for your preview call
- Account and service updates if you become a customer
Message frequency varies and depends on what you ask us for. Message and data rates may apply, and your mobile carrier sets those rates, not us.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You can also call or email us and we will remove your number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 817-846-4920 or support@atlasbooked.com.
After you reply STOP, we may send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
Your mobile number and your privacy
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive text messages are never shared with third parties for marketing.
We do share mobile numbers with the service providers that run our business systems, such as our customer relationship and messaging platform and our telephone provider, and only so they can deliver messages and provide services on our behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
If you are a customer of a business that uses AtlasBooked
We build websites and messaging tools for local service businesses. If a plumber, roofer, or other business texts you using tools we provide, that business decides what is sent and when. You can reply STOP to those messages to stop them, and you can also contact that business directly with questions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
